The completed house combines practical construction with a strong relationship to its natural setting.

The house is perched on the mountainside, carefully positioned on a slightly flattened terrace to ensure proper drainage and ventilation. The construction begins with preparing the foundation. Workers first clear the ground of loose stones, vegetation, and debris, then mark the layout of the walls with wooden stakes and strings according to the house’s design dimensions. To create a stable base, soil is brought up and piled within the marked area, then compacted layer by layer using tamping tools. This piled and compacted soil not only supports the weight of the house but also helps stabilize the slope, reducing the risk of soil movement from the mountainside. Once the foundation is firm, the workers begin laying the brick walls. Bricks are arranged neatly on the compacted soil, bonded carefully with mortar, and the vertical and horizontal alignment is checked at every stage to ensure the walls are perfectly straight and structurally sound. As the walls rise, openings for doors and windows are carefully left in place, with lintels or reinforcements installed in key positions to maintain stability. Meanwhile, the roof beams and supporting structures are prepared. Once the walls reach the desired height, the wooden beams are installed to form the framework for the roof. Roof panels or tiles are then laid carefully to create a weatherproof covering. Inside the house, construction continues with plastering the walls, smoothing the floors, and installing water and electrical lines. Work is carried out in a methodical sequence, from rough to fine, from exterior to interior, ensuring that each step is precise and durable. Finally, the surroundings are cleaned and landscaped, with drainage channels, steps, and small gardens arranged around the house, giving the building both functionality and aesthetic appeal. From piling the soil on the mountainside to gradually raising the brick walls, to constructing the roof and finishing the interior and exterior, the house emerges as a complete structure. It is not only a place to live but also a testament to human effort, skill, and ingenuity, harmoniously blending with the mountainside while showcasing a unique natural beauty.
